By purchasing, you are indicating you would like to start 1:1 self-care coaching sessions. After purchase, you will be given instructions on filling out the required preliminary form and will receive a link to book your first 30-minute free introductory call upon submission. Please do not purchase this if you are under the age of 18, as I only work with adult clients at this time. 

The purpose of the introductory call is to answer any questions you may have before beginning your 1:1 sessions with me. This includes, but not limited to: going over what to expect during the sessions, scheduling agreement, and the financial investment required. This is an opportunity to meet with me and ensure we are a good fit.
