Processing time: Please allow 3 business days after your order has been placed on average prior to ship fulfillment. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please allot additional time during holidays and sales. You will be emailed at the address provided if additional time is necessary to fulfill your order. So please make sure you email and mailing address are correct before completing your order. 

How long does shipping take (DOMESTIC)?

On average shipping takes 2-3 business days after processing via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, please allot additional time to go through customs.

Where are you located and is there a store I can visit?

At this time we are online only.

I want to become a brand ambassador. What do I need to do?

You must already be a customer and have experienced our products first hand. We send out e-mails regarding ambassadors opportunities, make sure you are signed up for our newsletters to be considered. 

Are all of the products natural?

Yes. All ingredients are from natural organic sources. 

Products with "aromas" are tested independently as hair & skin safe.

While it is unlikely to experience adverse reactions, by purchasing products from The Resilient Lotus you agree you are responsible for the outcomes as result of using our products. Please stop use if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions.

Do the products contain any petroleum products?

No. All products are free of mineral oil, palm oil, parabens and sulfates. 

Are your products vegan / cruelty free?

Yes. Our products are vegan and cruelty free. Please read each product description to learn specifics about each product as this may vary. 

I have allergies to certain ingredients. Can I customize my order?

Most orders can be customized upon request. It is important to email us immediately before purchasing to discuss options. It is also imperative that you perform a patch skin test with any of our products prior to using. We are not responsible for any reactions or adverse effects experienced by our products. 

I have an issue with my order, who do I contact?

Do you accept refunds?

All orders are final once shipped. If you are experiencing an issue with your order please email info@theresilientlotus.com immediately as your satisfaction is the top priority. 

I never received my package, what can I do?
Most packages that ship priority via USPS has up to $50 insurance. 
We are not responsible for loss, damage or stolen packages.

I entered the wrong address, can I change it?

It is important to make sure all addresses are accurate as shipping charges are calculated based on that information. Please email immediately after placing order to reach a resolution. 

I forgot to use a discount code on a order, what can I do? 

It is required you to apply the discount code to your order prior to finalizing order. We are unable to apply discount codes after an order has been placed.
